* The Horse & Hounds is a quiet Bed & Breakfast in a restful country setting with many antiques.
* Smoking is prohibited on premises. Guests choosing to disregard our non-smoking policy will have their reservations canceled immediately and the balance of room rental will be forfeited.
* No Pets. We can provide you with information on Kennel services in our local area.
* Well mannered children over the age of 12 are welcome.
* Check In: 3-6 p.m.
* Check Out: 11 a.m.
* Rate includes gourmet continental breakfast. Please let us know if you have any food allergies.
Room rates are for double occupancy, per night.
* Singles deduct $10. Additional person in room, add $25.
* Cash, Certified Check, Money Order, Credit Cards accepted.
* Horses are welcome at an additional charge.
* All reservations require either a credit card or deposit in the amount of one nights room or 50% of stay, whichever is greater, due within 14 days of making reservations, plus New York Sales Tax. Balance paid upon arrival. No cancellations are permitted within fourteen days of arrival. In the event that you cannot keep your reservation, please notify us immediately. If we are still able to sell the room, we will then refund your deposit. Otherwise, we will charge one night's room and tax having held the room reservation in good faith.
